| When you are applying for a Forex license, the most important thing is the "quality" of the jurisdiction. A license from a top-tier regulator like the FCA or ASIC is great but very hard to get. For most startups, a mid-tier jurisdiction is the best place to start. You need to look at things like the minimum capital required, the annual fees, and how long the application process takes. Also, check what kind of reporting software you are allowed to use.
